Storage Networking World's Best Practices in Storage Award: (October 2005) Honorable Mention for Industry Regulation Compliance and Corporate Governance Category

Leesport Financial Corporation, a diversified financial services company and Permabit customer, was recognized by Storage Networking World, in conjunction with Computerworld and the Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA), for their use of the Permabit to perform e-mail archiving in compliance with SEC 17a-4 and NASD 3110 regulations. Winners in this category are selected based on solutions that meet or exceed industry regulations specified by the SEC, Patriot Act, HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, DoD and CFR.
