Enterprise Archive Components
Storage Nodes
A Permabit storage grid is comprised of multiple 2 TB
storage nodes. Expanding archive capacity is as simple
as adding additional nodes, ensuring that the archive
can scale to meet your future business needs. As nodes
are added, the data is automatically and transparently
redistributed across the storage grid.
Access Nodes
Access nodes provide in-line file access through
standard CIFS, NFS, and WebDAV protocols. System
performance scales as additional access nodes are
added.
